AI is here and photographers need to respond to it. That isn’t to say that AI needs to be part of all the photographic processes (although no doubt it will touch on most things we do in photography - from evaluating images to dissemination) but it need not be part of the original act. I argue that AI will enhance the the way we value the inherent ‘humanity’ of the photographic process.
